Coaching Is the Bridge: How Real Culture Change Happens in Business
Culture doesn’t change through policies, it changes through people. The umbrellas didn’t change — but the way they were used gave them a whole new meaning. Our thoughts and expectations work in exactly the same way. We often carry old associations that hold us back: “I’m not good at public speaking.” “I need to have all the answers.” “If I make a mistake, it means I’m not cut out for this.” "I can't ware that dress, it doesn't suit me" These thoughts feel real because we’ve repeated them for so long. But with the right support, they can be reframed into something empowering: “I can grow my confidence one step at a time.
