Safe to Shine
Psychological Safety isn’t just a workplace buzzword — it’s a personal practice. It’s the space between reaction and response. It’s the pause before we silence ourselves. It’s knowing we can make mistakes and still belong. In Safe to Shine, we explore how safety, awareness, and small daily resets rebuild self-trust — the quiet foundation of confidence. Thursday 13 November · 7–8 pm Live Zoom + Replay £22 (or £55 for all three sessions) Follow the link here https://subscribepage.io/b1EXKa “When we stop performing confidence and start creating safety, everything shifts.” #ResetSessions #SafeToShine #PsychologicalSafety #Confidence #OneTruePath

The Importance of Doing Nothing
In a world that celebrates productivity, we’ve quietly lost the art of being still. Every pause gets filled with a screen, a task, a thought about what’s next. Yet the moments when we do nothing are often the ones that restore balance and perspective. Stillness isn’t laziness; it’s recovery. It’s the nervous system exhaling. It’s where ideas breathe and the mind unclenches. When we stop trying to fill every gap, we create space for the kind of insight that can’t be scheduled. What is NLP and How Can It Help Reframe Negative Thoughts?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful approach to personal development that explores the connection between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and our patterns of behaviour (programming). At its core, NLP helps us understand how our thoughts shape our emotions, and how those emotions, in turn, influence our actions. By recognising unhelpful patterns of thinking, NLP offers practical tools to reframe them, helping you move from limitation to possibility. For example, instead of thinking “I always get this wrong,” NLP encourages a shift to “I’m still learning how to get this right.” That small change in language and mindset can transform confidence, motivation, and outcomes. Through NLP-informed coaching, Liz Oliver helps clients: Recognise and challenge limiting beliefs. Build new thought patterns that support confidence and self-trust. Communicate with clarity and purpose — with themselves and others. Develop resilience through more empowering internal di

The Many Faces of ADHD
October is ADHD Awareness Month 2025 We’re halfway through the month, and I’ve purposefully waited until now to share my reflections. It’s been just over a year since I was diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe old age of 46. I wanted to give myself time, time to reflect, to unlearn, to make sense of what I’ve discovered, and to share from a place of honesty rather than reaction. The last year has been one of the most revealing chapters of my life. For decades, I’d pushed through, masked, and adapted to fit into spaces that never quite fit me. I thought the exhaustion was just part of being driven. Now I see it differently. ADHD doesn’t define me, but understanding it has helped me reconnect with myself. I’ve learned to work with my wiring, not against it. I’ve learned to let my snow globe settle, to pause long enough for the clarity to return. And I’ve learned that authenticity isn’t about trying harder, it’s about being truer. ADHD has many faces, and so much depth. It can look like creati
