As this year comes to a close, we’ve been taking a moment to reflect on what has been a truly meaningful journey, both in the work we do and in how we’ve each been shaped by the year itself. It hasn’t been a quiet year in the world. At times, it’s felt noisy, uncertain, and overwhelming, and for many, simply staying steady has taken more energy than expected. The year didn’t begin smoothly for me, but something gentle and hopeful began to take root along the way. Through small, consistent steps, shared conversations, and moments of real honesty, what’s emerging now is a growing community built on clarity, compassion, and trust. Watching this unfold has been deeply encouraging and a reminder that even in unsettled times, something meaningful can still grow. As the holiday period arrives, this is an invitation to soften the pace and take time for yourself. To rest where you can, to let go of what no longer needs your attent
