My head was so scattered and anxious before our session. I thought I wouldn't focus very well butI felt really safe and comfortable with Liz.After a guided visualisation of slowly walking down 10 luxury carpeted stairs, I thought I just fell asleep... butwas totally aware when she guided me backup them again and I felt like I was floating back to the surface. I admitted I thinkt I fell asleep but felt really refreshed and balanced.! Not snooze and dozey like after a nap or meditation., more like she switched me off, hit the reset button and I was re-booted again and working better! Liz asked if I could recall the four affirmations she told me during my "sleep" and I was taken aback when actually could.I feel great... really productive and clear. Absolutely amazing! I can't wait for our next session




My 1:1 yoga session with Liz was especially tailored to my needs. We chatted beforehand to discuss the practice goals, how I was feeling emotionally and if there were any areas I wanted to focus on. We decided on a restorative practice which also focused on my very tense neck and shoulders. I was amazed afterwards how much better these areas felt, as beneficial as a massage! I felt totally at ease throughout the session appreciating the 1:1 guidance, adjustments and tips on how to incorporate stretches into my day. I came away relaxed but also reenergised and reminded of how important it is to take time out for myself.

Liz has a true gift for personalising and tailoring therapies that exactly suit what you never realised you needed. I was having terrible trouble sleeping caused by sleep apnoea and an ongoing practice of guided meditation is truly helping after years of tried and failed remedies. She really cares about people's journeys and I can't recommend her highly enough.
